MIDDLE SCHOOL MEET the TEACHER NIGHT - Tuesday, September 27th 7:30pm

FORM - Please note that the deadline to submit a CORI form is Friday, September 30th. CORI forms will NOT be accepted after that date. All families who plan on volunteering with our student population
in any capacity (i.e .lunch duty, field trips, basketball coaches etc..) during the school year need to complete this
form. If you have not yet completed a CORI form, please contact Karen Gillis at kgillis@scsnorwood.com by September 28th in order to have a form sent home with your child for you to complete. Please
send the CORI form back completed including your signature at the top portion of the form with a copy of your driver's
license or government issued photo Identification. Please Remember the completed form is due by September 30th. Any CORI forms turned in after that date will be returned to the student's family. YARD SALE AND ELECTRONIC
RECYCLING St Catherine of Siena 4th Annual Yard Sale will
be held Sat., Oct. 1, 2011 from 8am-2pm. Please donate your gently used household goods to the sale on
Fri., Sept 30 between 5pm-8pm in the gymnasium. No stuffed animals, clothes, or electronics. Tax donation slips will be available.
Volunteers are also needed to help for set-up on Friday and for the sale on Saturday. Earn school volunteer hours. Please

Harr's annual Electronic Recycling on Friday Sept 30th from 4-8pm and on Sat from 8-2pm. Bring in your old
computer equipment, monitors, televisions, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, stereos, vcr's, speakers, radios, and game
players. Computer monitors, televisions, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers will be recycled for $10 per item; all other
equipment will be recycled for $5 per item. All proceeds will benefit Saint Catherine School's Technology Program.
