Update Information

HASA Family Directory Registration

As we have adopted a Green methodology, going forward all directory information will now be collected online only. No data is carried forth from the last directory.

Please use the link below to create an account. Once the account is confirmed, you will receive your logon information along with an invoice for HASA dues. As accounts are manually processed, please be aware there could be a delay in receiving these emails. Your patience is appreciated.

Please be sure to logon to your account to update the information for your child(ren) and to select whether you wish to be a room parent. Click on the Change Password/Edit Profile under Useful Links

Please be aware that this is a "garbage in-garbage out" system. We will not validate information you enter so please be sure the data is correct. You will be able to modify your entries until September 1st at which point we will send all information to be printed.

Steps to update your children's information after your account has been approved:

To update your information, logon to your account by clicking here https://scshasa.fatcow.com/amember/member.php

Click on the 'Change Password/Edit Profile' link. Add the missing information and be sure to click on "Save Profile" at the bottom of the page. If the changes are saved successfully, you will see a message displayed "Your Member Profile has been saved successfully".

To verify the updates have been successful, click on 'Change Password/Edit Profile' again and see if you changes are there.

If you have issues with this process, be sure your popup blocker is disabled as that can cause issues with the update.
